Managing Your Subscription (Billing Portal)

Accessing the Billing Portal

The billing portal is accessible to the billing administrator of your organisation. To access it:

  1. Navigate to Team Management (from the user menu in the top navigation)
  2. In the Billing card, click Manage Billing

You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can manage all billing-related settings.

What You Can Do in the Billing Portal

  • View invoices — See your complete invoice history and download invoices as PDF
  • Update payment method — Change your credit or debit card details
  • Update billing information — Change your name, email, and billing address
  • Change your plan — Upgrade or downgrade your subscription (see details below)
  • Cancel your subscription — Cancel at the end of the current billing period

Who is the Billing Administrator?

The billing administrator is the user who originally subscribed to DataVault. This user has exclusive access to the billing portal and is the only person who can manage payment methods, view invoices, and change the subscription plan.

If you are not the billing administrator, the Team Management page will show who the billing admin is so you can contact them for billing-related requests.
