Placing an Order (Checkout)

How to Subscribe

To subscribe to DataVault:

  1. Navigate to the Pricing page
  2. Choose your billing cycle (Monthly or Annual) using the toggle at the top
  3. Select your plan (Basic, Premium, or Enterprise)
  4. Choose your module (Banknotes, Coins, or Bundle) from the dropdown
  5. Click the Subscribe button

Checkout Process

You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page where you can:

  • Enter your payment details (credit or debit card)
  • Provide your billing address
  • Add a tax ID (if applicable)
  • Apply a promotion code (if you have one)

New Customers (Guest Checkout)

If you do not have a DataVault account yet, you can subscribe directly from the pricing page:

  1. Enter your email address in the email field shown on the pricing card
  2. Select your plan and module
  3. Click Subscribe
  4. On the Stripe checkout page, enter your organisation name in the custom field
  5. Complete the payment

After successful payment, your account will be created automatically and you will receive a welcome email with your login credentials (a temporary password that you should change on first login).

Existing Customers

If you already have a DataVault account and are the billing administrator, log in first, then visit the pricing page to subscribe or change your plan.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans are not available for self-service checkout. Click the Contact Sales button on the Enterprise card to reach our sales team. Enterprise subscriptions are set up with invoice-based billing and bank transfer payment.

After Checkout

Once your payment is processed:

  • Your subscription is activated immediately
  • You gain access to the modules included in your plan
  • You can start inviting team members (Premium and Enterprise plans)
  • A confirmation email is sent with your subscription details
