Upgrading or Downgrading

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher tier (e.g., from Basic to Premium):

  1. Access the Billing Portal (see Managing Your Subscription)
  2. Click on your current plan
  3. Select the new plan you wish to upgrade to
  4. Confirm the change

When upgrading:

  • The change takes effect immediately
  • You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period
  • Your new features (e.g., additional users, export access) are available straight away

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrading works similarly through the Billing Portal. When downgrading:

  • The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to your current plan features until the period ends
  • Your next invoice will reflect the lower plan price

Changing Modules

If you need to change which modules you have access to (e.g., switching from Banknotes-only to the Bundle), contact our support team as this requires a plan change.

Changing Billing Cycle

To switch between monthly and annual billing, use the Billing Portal. Switching to annual billing provides approximately 17% savings.
